What you need:
Cheat Engine
Firefox

Steps:
Start Cheat engine and firefox.
Attach Cheat Engine to firefox process (plugincontainer.exe or flashplayer....exe)
Write down the amount of diamond you have e.g X diamonds.
Scan X * 8 + 6.
For example, you have 8 diamonds. Scan the number 70 (4 Bytes) as 8*8+6=70.
Now change the value to 80006 which is 1000 diamonds.
You can do this for gold and other stuffs too!
